Analysis Calculations

Notes

Because providing data split by UK/Overseas is optional, the UK and Overseas occupancy rates are calculated only on those forms where this data has been provided so will be a smaller sample size than the overall occupancy rates.
Business occupancy rates are calculated using totals where business stays have been provided.
Revenue results are calculated using totals where monthly revenue has been provided.
For the purposes of the surveys, Weekday is defined as Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. Weekend is therefore Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
