To make the best use of webmail it's recommended that you set up any email client accounts on Outlook, Thunderbird or on mobile devices, using IMAP and not POP3. Using IMAP ensure that all your emails, including sent items, are visible and synchronised across all devices. See here for more information about IMAP and POP3.
